Schools & Government
Since our beginning we have been active in assisting educational facilities with upgrading and improving the performance of their audio video systems. Whether it is a sound system in a gymnasium, pool, theater, classroom or football field we have worked hard to raise the performance standards for these systems. We are happy to see that many of the solutions we started recommending years ago have now become standard for most facility renovations and new construction.
We are excited to continue this mission by providing new training and educational standards for our system designs and installations that assure the end user staff and students get the most from their investment.
We also wok hard to add value to governmental purchases and services.

South Lyon High SchoolThe Task: In August of 2003, a severe thunderstorm roared through Western Wayne County and the City of South Lyon, Michigan. A lightning strike hit one of the football field towers and completely shorted out all speakers mounted on the pole. The power surge found its way down the speaker lines and finally ended up in the equipment rack, damaging the amplifiers and mixer. The school district was planning on upgrading their lighting system and press box. They took advantage of the opportunity to have Advanced Lighting & Sound replace and upgrade the sound system so it would service them well into the future and compliment their “showcase” facility. “ |
